We use premium quality materials and each print has been approved by the artist to match the original.


CANVAS PRINTS

Our canvas prints are shipped rolled in a tube and come with a 2.5-inch white border to allow for stretching over stretcher bars. They may also be mounted to a board (please see your framing professional for help). We use premium quality canvas (from Breathing Color), certified archival for 55+ years, and it is 440 GSM weight with a satin finish.

Care Instructions: For framing, we recommend that you take your rolled canvas to a framing professional. Once your painting is framed, we recommend that you avoid hanging it where it will receive any direct sunlight.



FINE-ART PAPER PRINTS

Our fine-art paper prints are also shipped rolled in a tube and come with a 2.5-inch white border (please see your framing professional for assistance). We use fine-art paper (from Breathing Color) that is certified archival for 100+ years. The paper is made from 100% Cotton Rag, is 300 GSM weight, and has a light texture.

Care Instructions: For framing, we recommend that you take your rolled fine art paper to a framing professional. If you are framing the print yourself, carefully unroll it and mount it. You may use artist tape in the corners or use a weight to hold down the paper (for about 12 hours), to allow it to rest and fully unroll. Once your painting is framed, we recommend that you avoid hanging it where it will receive any direct sunlight.




FRAMES

For our canvas prints we have the Antique Gold frame. Made from solid wood and hand gilded sloped molding, it draws the eye towards the painting. Our print is mounted on an archival board. Each frame comes boxed and ready to hang on your wall. Our Antique Gold Frames measure 2 inches on the front and 1.75 inches deep. It is a beautiful statement frame that will add warmth and elegance to any room.


 

For our paper prints we have the Modern Gold frame. It is a sleek, thin, solid wood frame. The front of the frame is hand gilded, while the sides are left to the natural, solid wood, and a 2 inch white border is left around the image. The image is placed behind plexiglass. This frame adds a contemporary but warm addition to the room. Our Modern Gold Frames measure .75 inches on the front and 1.5 inches deep. These frames have plexiglass over the image, to clean use a dry microfiber cloth or bounty paper towel. You can also mix 1 part isopropyl alcohol to 1 part water and apply using a microfiber cloth. Do not use glass cleaners that contain ammonia.

 

LASER PRINTS

We also offer laser prints that are digitally printed on 100 lb, acid-free paper. They have a smooth finish and ship flat (not rolled). They are all printed on 12" x 16" paper (common frame size), actual image size depends on the image.

Shipping & Handling Information

Please allow 5 days for processing. For framed prints please allow for an extra 7 days as our frames are hand built to order. You will receive an email with tracking information when your print(s) is shipped.

Shipping fees within the US: Free shipping on Calendars and Laser Prints. For fine art prints we charge a flat rate of $15 per order (no extra charge for multiple prints). Orders with a combined value over $250 we offer free shipping. (UPS Ground)

Shipping fees to Canada and Mexico: We charge a flat rate of $25 per order (no extra charge for multiple prints), USPS Priority mail. Sorry, we do not ship Calendars or Laser Prints to Canada or Mexico.

Shipping fees to South America, Europe, New Zealand, and Australia: We charge a flat rate of $30 per order (no extra charge for multiple prints). Sorry, we do not ship Calendars or Laser Prints to these locations.

 

Returns

If you are unsatisfied with your print due to damage or an unsatisfactory print please contact us for a full refund.

Damages and issues

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Refunds

We will notify you once we’ve received your return, and you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take 5-7 business days for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
